About Block Blaster
Block Blaster is a block-fitting puzzle on an 8x8 grid. Shapes wait in a reservoir along the bottom, and you drag each one onto the board wherever it fits. Fill a complete horizontal row or vertical column and it clears at once, freeing space and adding to your score. Clearing several lines with a single placement triggers a combo multiplier.
There are no levels and no cap; the run continues until the grid locks up and no remaining shape can be placed, which means game over. Gold Crowns earned by clearing lines pay for cosmetic skins or retries. Runs are limited by a heart system with a maximum of three hearts, and each game over costs one; when they run out, you wait for a refill or watch an ad. The build is made for portrait play with touch controls, and a mouse works the same way.

How to play Block Blaster
Objective
Place shapes on the 8x8 grid to complete and clear rows and columns, chaining multi-line clears into combos, and keep going until no shape fits.
Controls
Desktop
- Mouse: drag a block from the reservoir onto the grid
- Release: drop the block where you want it
Mobile
- Finger: drag a block from the reservoir onto the grid
- Release: drop the block where you want it
Getting started
- Look at the shapes waiting in the reservoir at the bottom and at the empty 8x8 grid above them.
- Drag a shape with the mouse or your finger and release it where it fits on the grid.
- Fill a whole row or column to clear it, scoring points and opening space for more blocks.
- Try to complete more than one line with a single shape to trigger the combo multiplier.
- When no shape fits anymore, the run ends and costs a heart; you hold up to three before waiting or watching an ad.
Tips
- Every shape in the reservoir has to go somewhere eventually, so keep open room for the bulkiest pieces instead of filling the middle with small ones.
- Build toward lines that cross, because one placement that completes a row and a column together clears both and starts a combo.
- Since a run only ends when nothing fits, keeping a few long empty strips along the edges gives awkward shapes somewhere safe to go.

Block Blaster FAQ
How big is the grid in Block Blaster?
The board is an 8x8 grid. Shapes come from a reservoir below it, and completing any full row or column on those 64 squares clears that line and adds to your score.
How do hearts work in Block Blaster?
You can hold up to three hearts, and each game over uses one. When they run out, you either wait for them to refill or watch an ad to get a continue.
What are Gold Crowns for in Block Blaster?
Gold Crowns are earned by clearing lines and are spent on cosmetic skins or retries. No payment is needed to collect them, because they come from regular play.
Does Block Blaster end, or does it go on forever?
There is no level cap. A run lasts until the board is so full that no remaining shape can be placed, so the long-term goal is simply to beat your own high score.
