Welcome to Zigzigo. These terms explain the rules for using zigzigo.com and the games on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Zigzigo.

1. Who we are

2. What Zigzigo is

Zigzigo is a free website where you can play games in your web browser. Games may be made by our team or by independent developers and studios and delivered through game distribution partners.

You don't need an account to play, and we don't offer accounts.

3. Young players

People of all ages visit Zigzigo. If you are under 18, please look through these terms with a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time at [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect younger players.

4. Using Zigzigo

You may use Zigzigo for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Please don't:

• Copy, download, re-host or sell our games, pages, artwork or other content
• Put Zigzigo or its games inside another website or app (framing or embedding) without our written permission
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the site
• Click on ads, or cause others to click on ads, to create fake traffic or income
• Try to hack, overload, or break the site or the games
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or change our games
• Use cheats, exploits or tools that change how a game works
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law

We may block access from any device, network or tool that breaks these rules.

5. Games from other developers

Games made by other developers belong to them. We show who made each game on its page. These games may have their own terms, and they may show their own ads inside the game.

We check games before adding them, but we can't guarantee that every third-party game is free of bugs or errors, or that it will always be available.

6. Advertising

Zigzigo is free because it may show ads. Ads are provided by advertising partners, not by us. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised, and clicking an ad takes you to a site we don't control.

7. Intellectual property

The Zigzigo name, logo, website design, and the games made by our team belong to Rain Infotech Private Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Games made by other developers belong to their creators. Some games and parts of the website use open-source software. The relevant license notices are available on our Open-Source Notices page.

Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of content on Zigzigo. Rights granted by the open-source licenses listed on our Open-Source Notices page continue to apply.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Zigzigo without any obligation to you.

9. Copyright complaints

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe a game or other content on Zigzigo infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Copyright Agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
3. The exact URL of the content on Zigzigo
4. Your name, address, phone number and email
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate. If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zigzigo running smoothly, but we don't promise that the site or any game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

11. Disclaimer

Zigzigo and all games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't make any warranties, express or implied, about the site or the games, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rain Infotech Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Zigzigo. Zigzigo is a free service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero, unless the law where you live does not allow this limit.

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Links to other websites

Zigzigo may contain links to other websites, including our social media pages and advertisers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is important, we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use Zigzigo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or requires your local law to apply.
