This policy explains what information Zigzigo collects when you use zigzigo.com, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Technical information (every visitor)
When you visit, your browser automatically sends technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the page you asked for, and the time of the request. Our hosting and security providers process this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse.
Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, including game starts, page use and session duration. Our analytics setup does not send names, email addresses, birth dates, search text, or other directly identifying details. Advertising consent signals stay denied. Our launch settings require Google Signals and advertising links to be off and analytics event retention to be 2 months.
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only allowed after consent. Elsewhere, analytics can run with the regional defaults. You can review the choices on Your Privacy Choices.
Information stored only on your device
Your saved favorites and recently played games are kept in your own browser. They are not synced to a player account. Clearing site data removes them. Privacy tools may also remember your choices on this device.
Emails you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply. See the “How long we keep information” section for how long we keep it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, photos, voice, precise location, or government ID. We don't offer chat, comments, public profiles, or leaderboards with names.

Advertising
Zigzigo is free because it shows ads. We use Google AdSense.
Who sees which ads
At this time, all ads served by Zigzigo are non-personalized for every visitor. They are not based on your interests or your activity on other websites, and no remarketing is used.
How Google uses information
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

Ad content
Our advertising launch requirements include blocking sensitive categories such as dating, gambling and alcohol in the advertising account.
Games from other developers
Some games on Zigzigo are made by other developers and delivered through game distribution partners, currently GamePix and Playgama. They load inside a separate frame when you press Play and may show their own ads and use their own cookies and storage. Their providers' privacy policies also apply.
Zigzigo's settings control this website. They do not control the advertising or storage inside a distributor's game. Review the privacy choices offered by the game before playing. See GamePix's Privacy and Cookie Policy and Playgama's Privacy Policy.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Zigzigo:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of our users, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some US state laws, allowing personalized advertising can count as sharing. See Your Privacy Choices for the choices that apply to you.
Children's privacy
Zigzigo is a general games site that people of many ages visit, including children. We have designed it so that children can play without giving us personal information.
For visitors under 13, and anyone whose age we don't know:
- No accounts, chat, comments, profiles, or public leaderboards exist on the site
- We do not ask for names, emails, phone numbers, photos or location
- No personalized advertising and no remarketing
- Technical information (the “Technical information (every visitor)” section) and analytics (the “Usage analytics” section) are used only to run, secure and improve the site
- External games have their own privacy practices; parents and guardians should review the provider's policy and controls before their child plays
If a child emails us, we use the email address only to reply once, and then delete it. If we learn that we received other personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we delete it.
Parents and guardians can email [email protected] (subject: "Privacy request") to ask what information, if any, we hold about their child, to ask us to delete it, or to ask us to stop any further collection. We will respond within 30 days.
These protections apply to all visitors under 18, not only under 13. External game providers remain responsible for their own services.

We delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed for the purpose we collected it for.
Your rights and choices
Everyone
Visit Your Privacy Choices, or use the Privacy Choices link in the footer, to review or change your cookie and advertising choices at any time. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
United States (California and other states with privacy laws)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Get a copy of it
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights
Opt out: visit Your Privacy Choices. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out signal. Region-specific controls are shown when the consent provider makes them available.
Visitors under 16: we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.
To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will not ask you to create an account. We may ask a few questions to find the information your request relates to. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing that happened before you withdrew).

India
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers operate around the world, including in the United States and the European Union. When personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers.
Security
We use HTTPS and restricted administrative access. Games load in a separate frame from their provider's domain or from play.zigzigo.com, keeping their content separate from the main site. No system is perfectly secure, and we keep the information we collect as limited as possible.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, show a notice on the site. If a change affects how we handle children's information, we will make it clearly visible before it takes effect.
