About Block Bloom
Block Bloom puts a conveyor belt across the top of the board, carrying a stream of colored blocks. Under it sits a grid of shooters, each holding a single color and a fixed supply of shots. Tapping a shooter moves it up into an open firing slot, and from there it fires by itself at every passing block of its color.
The pressure comes from the slots, because there are only a handful. A shooter leaves its slot only when its ammo runs out, so sending in one whose color is absent from the belt simply wastes space. If every slot fills with shooters that have nothing to hit, the board jams and the game is over. A shooter can only be picked while nothing in the grid blocks it, which adds a layer of ordering to each choice. Clearing every block on the conveyor wins the level.

How to play Block Bloom
Objective
Clear every block from the conveyor by sending the right shooters into your limited slots, without letting those slots fill with shooters that have nothing to target.
Controls
Mobile
- Tap a shooter: send it into an open firing slot, as long as nothing in the grid is blocking it
Getting started
- Check the moving belt above the grid of shooters and note which block colors are travelling on it right now.
- Find a shooter in the grid below that matches one of those colors and has nothing blocking it.
- Tap it to move it into an empty firing slot, where it starts shooting matching blocks on its own.
- Keep an eye on its shot counter; when the ammo runs dry the shooter disappears and that slot opens again.
- Fill the freed slot with the next useful color, and carry on until the belt is completely clear.
Tips
- Never send a shooter whose color is missing from the belt; it sits in a slot with nothing to shoot, and enough of those jam the board.
- Shooters can be blocked in the grid, so think about which tap uncovers the shooter you will need next, not only which one fits the belt now.
- Count the empty slots before every tap: the last empty slot is your safety margin against a jam, so spend it only on a sure match.
- A shooter frees its slot only once its counter hits zero, so a color with lots of matching blocks on the belt keeps slots turning over.

Block Bloom FAQ
How does a shooter fire in Block Bloom?
Automatically. Once seated in a firing slot, it shoots each passing block of its own color, using up its limited ammo. When the counter reaches zero it disappears, and the slot becomes free for another shooter.
What ends a game of Block Bloom?
A jam. If every slot is occupied by shooters whose colors are not on the belt, nothing useful can fire and the game is over. Avoiding it means choosing shooters for the colors that are actually passing by.
Why can some shooters not be selected?
A shooter can only be tapped when nothing is blocking it in the grid, so the grid has an order to it. Plan which shooters to send first so the color you need later becomes available in time.
Can Block Bloom be played on a phone?
Yes. Its only control is a tap on a shooter in the grid, which works naturally on a phone screen. Every other action, from firing at blocks to freeing slots, happens on its own.
