About Wasteland Hunter: puzzle RPG
Wasteland Hunter: puzzle RPG mixes block puzzling with turn-based combat in a post-apocalyptic world. Instead of swinging a weapon in real time, you fight by arranging Tetris-style pieces, and each piece carries a piece of equipment: bullets, health packs, shields or grenades. How you fit them together decides which combination fires against the enemy in front of you. Every turn counts, and different enemy types call for different block layouts, so the puzzle changes from fight to fight.
Between battles the game becomes a survival RPG. You explore the map, rescue NPCs who join your survivor camp, rebuild that settlement and use blueprints you find to assemble unique combat figures. A stronger camp and a bigger roster mean better equipment when the next battle begins, and the difficulty climbs as you push further across the wasteland. On a computer everything is handled with the mouse buttons, and on a phone with the in-game buttons.

How to play Wasteland Hunter: puzzle RPG
Objective
Survive the wasteland by arranging equipment blocks into strong combat combinations each turn, while rescuing survivors and building up your camp.
Controls
Desktop
- Mouse buttons: arrange blocks and choose actions
Mobile
- In-game buttons: arrange blocks and choose actions
Getting started
- Explore the map to find your first fight, which plays out one turn at a time.
- Look at the blocks you are given each turn and note what they carry: bullets, health packs, shields or grenades.
- Arrange the blocks into a formation that builds the most effective combination against the enemy in front of you.
- Change your approach for different enemy types, since each one calls for its own block strategy.
- After battles, rescue NPCs, grow your survivor camp and craft combat figures from any blueprints you have found.
Tips
- Read each enemy before placing blocks; different enemy types need different strategies, so last fight's layout may waste this turn.
- Keep health packs and shields in your formations as well as bullets and grenades, because turn-based fights punish a layout that only attacks.
- Rescued NPCs grow your camp, and the camp shapes how well equipped you start each battle, so do not leave survivors behind on the map.
- Pick up every blueprint you find, since blueprints are how the unique combat figures for your roster get assembled.

Wasteland Hunter: puzzle RPG FAQ
How does combat work in Wasteland Hunter: puzzle RPG?
Fights are turn-based. Each turn you work with Tetris-style blocks carrying equipment such as bullets, health packs, shields or grenades, and arranging them well creates strong combat combinations against the enemy you face.
What do you do between fights?
You explore the map, rescue NPCs to grow your survivor camp, rebuild the settlement and craft unique combat figures from blueprints you discover. Progress at the camp then shapes the gear you bring into later fights.
How do you control the game on a computer or phone?
On a PC you use the mouse buttons for everything, and on a phone you use the in-game buttons. Since combat is turn-based, there is no need for fast reactions; the challenge lies in planning block layouts.
