About Word Finder
Word Finder is a themed word search in which the board refuses to sit still. Each puzzle opens with a clue that points toward a set of related words, and your job is to work out what those words are and trace them through the letter tiles, linking the letters in the correct order. Every time you complete a word, the remaining tiles shift and the board takes on a different shape.
A level is cleared once every related word for the clue has been found. Words outside the required set still count for something, since extra finds earn bonus points. When a puzzle stalls, three power-ups can help: the Spyglass, the Light Bulb and Shuffle. With more than 6,000 levels and more promised, the game is pitched as a short daily brain workout of around ten minutes for building vocabulary.

How to play Word Finder
Objective
Use each puzzle's clue to find and link every related word in the grid, clearing the level before moving on through more than 6,000 puzzles.
Controls
Mobile
- Swipe over letters: connect them in order to spell a word
Getting started
- Read the clue at the start of the puzzle and think of a few words that could belong to that theme.
- Swipe over the letters of one of those words in the correct order to connect them and lock the word in.
- Watch the board after each find, because the tiles shift and the remaining letters settle into a new shape.
- Keep linking related words until the full set for the clue is found, which clears the level.
- If the clue has you stumped, use the Spyglass, the Light Bulb or Shuffle to get the puzzle moving again.
Tips
- Re-scan the whole board after every word; because the tiles move, a word that looked impossible a moment ago may now be traceable.
- Spell any extra words you notice while hunting, since bonus points go to every word outside the required set.
- Start with the most obvious answers to the clue, because each find reshapes the board and can open up paths for the harder words.
- Hold the Spyglass, Light Bulb and Shuffle in reserve until a clue truly has you beaten; a little more thought often finds the word.

Word Finder FAQ
How many levels does Word Finder have?
More than 6,000, with more on the way. Each one has its own clue and its own set of related words, so the puzzles keep changing as you work through them.
What is the shape-shifting twist in Word Finder?
The board shifts every time you find a word. The tiles move around and the grid takes on a new shape, so you need to look at it fresh after each answer.
Do extra words count for anything?
Yes. Finding words beyond the required set earns bonus points. They do not clear the level by themselves, though; only finding the full set of related words for the clue does that.
