Hidden Objects: Home Sweet Home is a calm search game set in and around a house. The locations range from furnished interiors to courtyards and outdoor landscapes, and each one has its own design and mood. At the bottom of the screen a panel shows the items you are looking for. Spot one of them in the picture, click it and it is yours. A location is done once every hidden object on the list has been found.
Nothing here is meant to rush you. The pace is unhurried, soft music plays in the background, and the game is aimed at players of any age who like looking closely at a picture. One small feature helps a lot in practice: the bottom panel can be hidden with a single click, which clears the lower part of the scene in case an object is tucked away behind it. How to play Hidden Objects: Home Sweet Home
Objective
Find every hidden object shown on the bottom panel in each house, courtyard and landscape scene, at your own pace.
Controls
Desktop
- Click an object in the scene: take it when it matches an item on the list
- Click the bottom panel: hide it or bring it back
Getting started
- Open the first location and look at the bottom of the screen, where the items you need are shown.
- Pick one item from the panel and scan the scene for it, starting with the most obvious spots.
- Click the object once you find it to take it, and watch it leave the list.
- If the panel covers part of the picture, click it to hide it, then search the area it was covering.
- Keep going until every hidden object is found, which completes the scene and moves you on.
Tips
- Hide the bottom panel now and then, because items near the lower edge of the scene can sit right behind it.
- Since there is no hurry, look for one listed item at a time rather than scanning for the whole list at once.
- Each location has its own design, so look over a new scene as a whole for a moment before hunting for the first item.
- When one object will not turn up, switch to another on the list and come back; a fresh look often finds it.
