About Save The Planet
Save The Planet is a sorting puzzle with a practical purpose: teaching how separate waste collection works. Objects appear on the screen, and each one belongs in one of five bins, for paper, glass, plastic, organic waste or undifferentiated waste. You drag every item into the bin where it belongs, and correct sorting adds to your points.
The rules follow the system used in one province of Italy, so a few items may go somewhere different from what you are used to at home. A legend is included so anyone can check where a thing belongs before committing. Difficulty climbs with your score: the more points you collect, the more items show up on screen at once, and keeping pace becomes the real test. The screen is portrait and works on phones and computers.

How to play Save The Planet
Objective
Drag each object into its correct bin, whether paper, glass, plastic, organic or undifferentiated, and keep sorting accurately as more items crowd the screen.
Controls
Desktop
- Drag: move an object into a bin
Mobile
- Drag: move an object into a bin
Getting started
- Hold the phone upright, since the game is laid out in portrait.
- Look over the legend first; it shows which bin each kind of waste belongs in under the game's rules.
- Drag the first object into the matching bin, choosing between paper, glass, plastic, organic and undifferentiated.
- Keep sorting as your points add up, and expect more items to appear on screen at the same time.
Tips
- The rules mirror one Italian province, so when an item seems ambiguous, check the legend instead of trusting how your own town sorts it.
- Undifferentiated is the bin for waste that fits none of the other four, so save it for items that clearly belong nowhere else.
- Higher scores bring more items at once; clear the obvious ones quickly to keep the screen from filling up, then deal with the tricky pieces.

Save The Planet FAQ
What bins are in Save The Planet?
Five: paper, glass, plastic, organic and undifferentiated. Every object that appears belongs in one of them, and dragging it into the right bin is the whole task, repeated faster as the game goes on.
Why might an item belong in an unexpected bin?
The game follows the separate-collection rules of a province in Italy, which can differ from rules elsewhere. A legend is provided, so you can look up the correct bin for anything you are unsure about.
Does Save The Planet get harder?
Yes. As your points grow, the difficulty rises and more objects appear on the screen together, so sorting quickly and accurately matters more and more the longer a session lasts.
Who is Save The Planet meant for?
Anyone who wants to learn waste sorting in a playful way. It was made to raise awareness of separate collection, and the legend means even players new to these rules can sort correctly.
