About Brick Slide
Brick Slide works with gravity rather than against it. Every colored brick on the board can be moved sideways only, and the moment empty space opens beneath one, it drops by itself. Your job is to use those drops to fill the holes in a row; once a row is solid from edge to edge, it vanishes at once, adds points to your score and the whole board sinks by a line.
The catch is that wasted moves cost space. Any slide that fails to complete a row sends a new row of bricks up from the bottom, and if the stack ever touches the top row, the game is over on the spot. Finishing more than one row with a single slide sets off a combo with bonus points, so the best scores come from planning chain reactions where one move makes bricks fall into several gaps at once.

How to play Brick Slide
Objective
Clear as many complete rows as you can and push your score higher, while keeping the brick stack from ever reaching the top of the board.
Controls
Desktop
- Click-and-drag a brick: slide it left or right
Mobile
- Swipe a brick: slide it left or right
Getting started
- Study the bottom rows and find a gap that a nearby brick could fall into if it moved sideways.
- Swipe that brick, or click and drag it, to the left or right until it sits over the gap.
- Let it drop on its own, then check whether the row is now unbroken; a full row clears and scores.
- Watch the bottom edge after each move, since any slide that clears nothing pushes a fresh row up.
- Keep the pile low, because the game ends the moment bricks reach the very top row.
Tips
- Every non-clearing move adds a row, so a slide that fills nothing has a price; move bricks only when it brings a full line closer.
- Line up drops that finish two or more rows with one slide, because multi-row clears trigger combos worth bonus points.
- Bricks resting on a piece you move will fall once it is gone, so check what comes down after a slide before you commit to it.
- When the stack climbs near the top, take any clear at all; one finished row lowers the board and buys you room.

Brick Slide FAQ
How do you move bricks in Brick Slide?
Swipe a brick on a phone, or click and drag it on a computer, sliding it horizontally to the left or right. Bricks only move sideways; they fall by themselves whenever the space beneath them is empty.
When does a game of Brick Slide end?
As soon as the pile of bricks touches the top row, the game is over. Each move that clears no line adds another row from the bottom, so keeping the board low is the key to lasting.
How do combos work?
Finish two or more rows with one slide and you set off a combo that awards bonus points on top of the normal score. Planning a move that makes bricks drop into several rows at once is how high records are set.
