About Fruit Mahjong
Fruit Mahjong is mahjong solitaire built in 3D, with fruit tiles stacked in layers in front of an old jungle temple. The board can be spun a full 360 degrees, which matters, because the pair you need may be sitting on the far side of the stack.
The rules follow classic matching. You take two identical fruit tiles at a time, but only tiles with a clear side are available: anything boxed in on its left and right sides, or on its front and back, stays locked until you clear around it. A wrong pair just wobbles and stays put. Speed counts twice. One six-minute clock covers the whole run of 50 levels, with ten seconds added per cleared board, and matches landed within about two seconds of each other chain into a combo worth 100, 200, 300 points and up. One Hint and one Shuffle come with each run, and your best score is saved.

How to play Fruit Mahjong
Objective
Clear all 50 boards by matching pairs of identical fruit tiles before the shared six-minute clock hits zero, chaining fast matches for a higher score.
Controls
Desktop
- Click a tile: select it; your pick shows along the top
- Drag with the mouse: spin the board a full 360 degrees
- Mouse wheel: zoom in and out
Mobile
- Tap a tile: select it
- Drag with one finger: rotate the board
- Pinch with two fingers: zoom
Getting started
- Drag the board around to see every side of the stack, and zoom with the mouse wheel or a two-finger pinch.
- Click or tap an available tile, one with a clear side, and glance at the top edge of the display to confirm your pick.
- Select the identical fruit tile to complete the pair; with a wrong choice both tiles just wobble and remain where they are.
- Keep pairing quickly, within about two seconds each time, to build a combo that scores 100, then 200, then 300.
- Clear the board to gain ten extra seconds and move on to the following board before the six-minute clock runs out.
Tips
- Rotate before you pick; the match for a tile in front of you may be hidden on the far side of the stack, and spinning the board reveals it.
- Spot your next two or three pairs before starting a chain, since a gap longer than about two seconds resets the combo multiplier.
- Save the single Hint and Shuffle for genuine dead ends later in the run, because each run starts with only one of each.
- Clear boards quickly early on, as each one adds only ten seconds and the shared clock gets tighter the deeper you go.

Fruit Mahjong FAQ
How does the timer work in Fruit Mahjong?
A single six-minute clock covers all 50 levels in a run. Every cleared board adds ten seconds, and when the clock reaches 0:00 the run is over, so the later levels feel tighter.
Which tiles can you pick in Fruit Mahjong?
Only tiles with a clear side. A tile blocked on both its left and right, or on both its front and back, is locked until the tiles around it have been cleared.
How do combos score in Fruit Mahjong?
Make the next match within about two seconds to keep a chain going. The first pair scores 100, the second 200, the third 300 and so on, and breaking the chain resets the multiplier.
What happens if you lose a run?
Choose Play Again and you go back to the board you lost on rather than the first one. Your best score is saved, so each new attempt is a chance to beat it.
