About LAST CHAIR
LAST CHAIR turns musical chairs into a 100-player knockout played over nine rounds, and each round has two phases. While the music plays, your character runs on its own through a chaotic obstacle course, and you only handle steering and jumps to stay out of trouble and hold a useful spot in the arena. The second the music cuts out, the whole field sprints for the chairs, and anyone who ends up without a seat is out of the match.
Because running is automatic, the game comes down to position and timing. Avoiding obstacles and staying well placed are the two jobs during the music, and both pay off in the race that follows. The field shrinks round by round until a single chair is left, and whoever sits in it takes the win. Everything is rendered in 3D, with the crowded feel of a battle royale.

How to play LAST CHAIR
Objective
Survive all nine rounds by grabbing an empty chair every time the music stops, and claim the final chair to win against a field of 100 players.
Controls
Desktop
- Mouse movement: steer your runner
- Left-click: jump
Mobile
- Drag: steer your runner
- JUMP button tap: jump
Getting started
- When a round begins and the music starts, your character starts running by itself, so focus only on direction and jumps.
- Steer with mouse movement on a computer, or drag on a phone, to move around the obstacles in the course.
- Left-click, or tap the JUMP button on a phone, to hop over anything that blocks your path.
- Keep a good position around the arena while the music lasts, so the chairs are never far away.
- The moment the music stops, rush to an empty chair and sit before the other players take every seat.
- Survive the elimination, then repeat the cycle until the ninth round, where the final chair decides the winner.
Tips
- Running is automatic during the music, so put all your attention into steering a clean line instead of worrying about speed.
- Hold a position that keeps the chairs within reach while the music plays, because the scramble for seats begins the instant it stops.
- Seats run out every round and players without one are eliminated, so commit to an empty chair at once rather than chasing a contested one.
- Listen for the music cutting out instead of watching the other runners; reacting the instant it stops is what wins the closest races.

LAST CHAIR FAQ
How many players and rounds are in a LAST CHAIR match?
A match starts with 100 players and lasts nine rounds. Each time the music stops, anyone who fails to find an empty chair is eliminated, and the player who claims the very last chair wins.
Do you control the running in LAST CHAIR?
No, your character runs automatically while the music plays. Your input is limited to steering and jumping: mouse movement and left-click on a computer, or dragging and the JUMP button on a phone.
What should you do when the music stops?
Head straight for the chairs and grab one that is still empty. Players left standing are knocked out, and the survivors carry on to the next round until only the final chair remains.
