About Animal Hospital
Animal Hospital is a 3D horror game set behind the reception window of a night-time animal clinic. A queue of patients waits outside, but after midnight some of them are only posing as a cat, a dog or a rabbit. Your job is to check each one's photo and paperwork and decide whether it is a real patient or an anomaly.
The giveaways are small: an extra eye, a coat in the wrong color, a smile that looks too human, a shadow that should not be there, or a voice that sounds slightly off. Genuine patients get admitted, walked to a ward and healed in treatment mini-games, while anomalies are refused at the door. Between admissions you keep the generator going, inspect the cages and watch the security cameras from the surveillance tablet. Each shift grows darker with more anomalies in line, and one impostor that got inside starts wandering the corridors. Solo play is supported, and so is co-op for a group of up to four.

Getting started
- At the reception window, study the patient's photo and paperwork, holding the right mouse button to zoom in on details.
- Check the patient chart with F and the records log with G before you make a decision.
- Press E to admit a genuine animal or R to refuse an anomaly; on a phone, tap the on-screen decision buttons instead.
- Lead each admitted patient to a ward and complete the treatment mini-games to heal them.
- Between patients, keep the generator going, check the cages, and head over to the surveillance tablet and press E to view the cameras.
Tips
- Zoom in on every photo with the right mouse button before deciding; tells such as an extra eye or the wrong coat color are easy to miss at a glance.
- Keep the flashlight on Q close at hand, since every shift is darker than the last and something loose eventually roams the corridors.
- In co-op, use the 1 to 6 quick phrases to share calls on a patient, so one player can watch the cameras while another works the window.
- Check the cameras between admissions instead of only when something feels wrong, because monitoring them is part of keeping the clinic safe until dawn.

Animal Hospital FAQ
How do you spot an anomaly in Animal Hospital?
Compare the photo and paperwork for signs that something is off: a smile that looks too human, an extra eye, a coat of the wrong color, a shadow where there should not be one, or a voice that is subtly wrong.
Can you play Animal Hospital with friends?
Yes. Besides solo play, there is co-op for up to four players. On a computer the number keys 1 to 6 send quick phrases to teammates, which helps when splitting work between the window, the wards and the cameras.
How do you view the security cameras?
Head over to the surveillance tablet and press E on a computer to open the camera view. Checking the feeds between admissions is one of your regular duties, along with the generator and the cages.
What are the phone controls for Animal Hospital?
The left stick moves you and a swipe on the right side of the screen looks around. Round buttons on the right handle the flashlight, magnifier and coffee, and you tap on-screen buttons and prompts for decisions and everything else.
