About Obby & Dead River
Obby & Dead River is a first-person 3D adventure set along the legendary river of death. You play a warrior on a long and dangerous route that links many large castles, a trip covering thousands of kilometers before it ends at the final boss. The route is marked out by those castles, and there are dozens of them along the way.
Combat fills the stretches between them. Monsters and pirates come at you along the river, and dragons are among the foes you have to defeat. It is not all fighting, though: there is loot to pick up, treasure to find and villages where you can trade. Weapons can be upgraded too, so the warrior grows stronger as the trip goes on, which matters with a final boss waiting at the far end of the river.

Objective
Follow the river of death from castle to castle as a warrior, defeat the monsters, pirates and dragons on the way, and beat the final boss at the end.
Getting started
- Rotate your phone to its wide orientation, or start the game on a computer, before setting off down the river.
- Head out along the river in first-person view and make for the first of the castles.
- Fight off the monsters and pirates you meet on the route, and grab any loot you find along the way.
- Stop at villages to trade when you reach them, and look for treasure as you travel between castles.
- Upgrade your weapons whenever you can, since dragons and the final boss wait further along the river.
Tips
- The route runs through dozens of castles and thousands of kilometers, so treat early upgrades as preparation for a long trip rather than a quick dash.
- Villages are the place to trade, so pause there with your loot instead of hurrying past to the following castle.
- The final boss sits at the very end of the river, so keep upgrading your weapons along the way rather than leaving it all for the last stretch.
