About Merge Battle Tactics
Merge Battle Tactics is played on a top-down grassy clearing ringed by trees. The lower half holds your deployment grid, five columns wide and three rows deep, where your warriors stand with green health bars, while enemies with red health bars wait further up the field. LEVEL 1 is printed at the top left, a coin counter starting at 250 sits at the top right, and a teal summon card at the bottom shows a wolf fighter with its 160-coin price.
The first level teaches the loop with a pointing hand. It first bobs over the summon card, and once a second warrior has been bought it moves back and forth between the two, showing that one should be dragged onto the other to merge them into a stronger unit. Battles are then fought against creatures such as the flaming yellow monster on the far side, and the game's description says victories pay out coins that grow your army further.

How to play Merge Battle Tactics
Objective
Buy warriors, merge matching ones into stronger fighters and arrange them on the grid so they beat the monsters waiting at the far end of each level.
Controls
Desktop
- Summon card at the bottom: spend 160 coins on a new wolf warrior
- Drag a warrior onto a matching one: merge them, as the tutorial hand shows
Mobile
- Summon card at the bottom: buy another warrior for 160 coins
- Drag one warrior onto its twin: merge them into a stronger unit
Getting started
- Check the top of the screen when LEVEL 1 loads: your coin counter starts at 250, enough for one summon at 160.
- Follow the pointing hand to the teal summon card at the bottom and buy a second wolf warrior for 160 coins.
- Watch the hand move between the two warriors on the grid, then pull one onto the other to merge the matching pair.
- Look at the two enemies above the grid, the flaming yellow creature and the small fighter, and place your merged unit to face them.
- Win the fight to earn more coins, then repeat the buy and merge loop to strengthen the army before the following stage.
Tips
- Merging needs two matching warriors, so after a summon look for its twin on the grid before buying a different unit.
- The coin counter drops by the card price at once, from 250 to 90 after one wolf, so plan purchases around the 160 cost.
- Compare health bars before a fight: your units carry green bars and the enemies red ones, which shows how evenly matched the sides are.
- On a phone held upright the battlefield is only a thin strip, so turn the device sideways to make the grid cells easier to hit.

Merge Battle Tactics FAQ
How do you merge units in Merge Battle Tactics?
Drag one warrior onto a matching warrior on the grid. The tutorial hand on the first level demonstrates this by moving from one wolf to the other after you have bought a second one with the summon card.
What does the summon card at the bottom cost?
On the first level the card shows a wolf warrior priced at 160 coins. You begin with 250, so the first purchase leaves 90; according to the description, wins in battle pay out more coins for later summons.
Does Merge Battle Tactics fit an upright phone?
It runs, but held upright the battlefield shrinks to a thin landscape strip with empty blue bands above and below. Turning the phone sideways should give the grid and the summon card more room.
