About Kobadoo Flags
Kobadoo Flags is a sequence-memory game with geography layered on top. Each level shows national flags one by one, each with its country name underneath, such as Mali, Tanzania or Laos. Then the names vanish and a grid of about thirty flags appears, eight to a row, and you click the shown flags back in order while a counter tracks the picks left.
The grid is sorted alphabetically by country name, from flags like Argentina and Australia at the top to Venezuela or Zimbabwe at the bottom, which rewards anyone who knows roughly where a country falls in the alphabet. Lookalikes are the real trap: Ireland can share a grid with Côte d'Ivoire or Italy, and many tricolors differ only in stripe order. Two flags per level become three from level 4, the grid drops one flag each level, and there are 31 levels. Only about seven in ten players clear the first level.

How to play Kobadoo Flags
Objective
Click the flags in the order they were named and shown, with no wrong picks, to clear each level, and push through all 31 levels as the sequences grow.
Controls
Desktop
- Mouse click on a flag: choose it as the next flag in the sequence
Mobile
- Tap a flag: select it; held upright, the grid shows four flags per row
- Tap Restart Game: return to level 1 for a new run
Getting started
- Watch the first flag as soon as loading ends; level 1 shows two flags, each captioned with its country name.
- Tie every flag to its name in your head, because the grid you choose from shows flags only, with no labels.
- When the grid appears, use its A to Z layout to find each country, then click its flag in the order shown.
- Clearing level 1 shows that 70.97% of players manage it, and the next pair of flags starts automatically.
- A wrong pick lights the correct flag in green and ends the run, leaving Restart Game as the way back in.
Tips
- Use the alphabet: the grid runs from A to Z by country name, so Somalia or Tanzania will be near the end and Canada or Cuba near the start.
- Check stripe order on tricolors; Ireland, Italy and Côte d'Ivoire can turn up together, and the mirror-image flag ends the run.
- Note one distinctive detail with each name, such as the white disc on Laos or the map outline on Cyprus, since many flags share red, white and green.
- From level 4 three flags must be held, so string the names together as they flash by, like “Somalia, Cuba, Laos”.

Kobadoo Flags FAQ
Does Kobadoo Flags show the country names?
Yes, but only while you memorize. Each flag is captioned with its country, for example Tanzania or Turkmenistan, and then the selection grid shows the flags without names, so you have to recognize the flag itself.
How are the flags arranged in the selection grid?
They are sorted alphabetically by country name, eight per row on a computer screen and four per row on a phone. Knowing roughly where a name falls in the alphabet helps you find its flag faster.
Why is Kobadoo Flags harder than it looks?
Many flags are close copies of each other. Ireland and Côte d'Ivoire use the same colors in reverse, and Ireland and Italy differ by one stripe, yet they can share a grid. Only 39.09% of players reach level 5.
Can you play Kobadoo Flags on mobile?
Yes. Held upright, the flags shrink to four per row and a tap picks one. They are fairly small, so tap the middle of each flag, and use Restart Game on the Game Over card to try again.
