About BMG Crash Test

BMG Crash Test is a destruction simulator where the track itself is the enemy. Large maps are loaded with rotating hammers, crushers, powerful presses, ramps and springboards, and your job is to drive a car straight through them and see what is left at the end. The garage ranges from ordinary sedans to modern sports cars, so you can compare how sturdy different models are when the same hammer comes down on them.

Each run doubles as a strength trial for the car, and records give you something to aim at beyond simple wreckage. The controls are compact: drive, handbrake, swap to the next car, change the camera, pause, and slow down time to catch the moment a press closes or a springboard throws the car into the air. Phones use the game's own on-screen interface for the same driving and actions.

How to play BMG Crash Test

Objective

Drive cars through hammers, presses, crushers and jumps for maximum destruction, take part in the crash tests and set new records along the way.

Controls

Desktop

  • WASD: drive
  • Space bar: handbrake
  • B: slow down time
  • N: next car
  • C: change camera
  • Tab: pause

Mobile

  • In-game interface: drive and use the other actions on mobile

Getting started

  1. Choose a car to start with, anything from a standard sedan to a modern sports car.
  2. Drive onto the map with WASD, or the in-game interface on a phone, and head toward the first set of obstacles.
  3. Time your approach to the rotating hammers, or drive straight into them if destruction is the goal.
  4. Press B as a press or hammer comes down to watch the impact in slow motion, and C to change the view.
  5. Swap in the next car with N and run the same course to compare results and chase a record.

Tips

  • Approach springboards straight and at speed; a crooked launch can send the car past the obstacles you meant to hit.
  • Slow motion on B is easiest to use a moment before contact, so watch the rhythm of a rotating hammer and press it as the swing arrives.
  • Put a sedan and a sports car through the same crusher with N to see which model holds up better.
  • Pull the handbrake to swing the car sideways into a press or hammer when you want a side impact instead of a head-on hit.

Rotating hammers, crushers, powerful presses, ramps, springboards and other obstacles fill the large maps. Each is there to damage or launch your car, which is what makes every run a test of its strength.

Which cars can you crash?

A range from standard sedans to modern sports cars. Press N at any point to swap to the next car, which makes it easy to put several models through the same course.

Is there a way to watch crashes slowly?

Yes. Press B to slow down time, which lets you see the exact moment a hammer, press or crusher hits the car. C switches the camera if you want a different angle.

Can you play BMG Crash Test on a phone?

Yes. Mobile devices use the in-game interface for driving and the other actions, while on a computer WASD drives, the space bar is the handbrake and Tab pauses.
