About Animals vs Zombies
Animals vs Zombies starts with a kidnapping. Evil aliens have taken the pets, and it is up to you to get them back. You roam the map, rescuing animals and adding them to a growing team, from familiar cats and dogs to unusual wild creatures. Combat takes care of itself: walk close to an enemy and the attack happens automatically, so the skill lies in where you move and when you approach.
The team grows stronger in several ways. Gathering resources lets you upgrade your dogs, defeated enemies are handed over to your base, and rescued animals can evolve into powerful defenders with abilities of their own. Rare resources push your companions further still. The world spreads across sunny beaches, peaceful parks, busy city squares and mysterious forests, each hiding new creatures to save, and there are epic alien bosses and quests tied to the mystery of the island. The final goal is to save every pet and return the aliens to the Moon.

- Hand defeated enemies over to your base and gather resources as you explore.
- Spend resources to upgrade your dogs and evolve rescued animals before taking on stronger enemies.
Tips
- Attacks trigger when you approach, so pick which enemy to walk toward rather than charging into a crowd.
- Handing defeated enemies to the base is part of progress, so return regularly instead of carrying on endlessly.
- Evolving animals turns them into stronger defenders, so do it before heading into a new territory or a boss fight.
- Rare resources make companions far more powerful, so collect them whenever a territory offers them.
