About Super Onion Boy 2
Super Onion Boy 2 is a 2D platform adventure with a retro look. A scary monster with super powers has captured Onion Boy's friend, a princess, and you set off to rescue her, crossing level after level of enemies on the way to a final showdown. Along the route, coins and stars build toward extra lives, and treasure chests hold magic potions.
What lifts it above a plain run-and-jump is the power system. Onion Boy can use super powers and go through epic transformations to defeat enemies, and a dedicated key fires the current power whenever one is available. Scary bosses guard the way forward, and every one of them has to fall before the last fight. On a computer the keyboard handles everything, with a choice of keys for each action, and the game also runs on phones in landscape.
