About Springy Walk
Springy Walk puts you in charge of a slinky toy heading down a staircase. Each level is a walk from the top to the finish line, and the slinky only moves when you tell it how big a step to take. Too short or too long and it lands in the wrong place. Spikes sit on some steps and have to be avoided, while gems sit on others and are there to be collected.
The interesting part is precision. Landing anywhere on a gem collects it, but stepping right on its center counts as a perfect step and earns an extra bonus. String together three perfect gems and immortal mode switches on, giving the slinky a brief stretch where spikes are no threat. That makes accuracy worth more than speed. Levels run one after another, with a TAP TO CONTINUE screen between them and TAP TO RESTART after a failed attempt. The stairs are drawn upright, and the game plays on phones and computers.

- Hold the phone upright, since the staircase runs from top to bottom in portrait.
- When SWIPE TO MOVE appears, swipe to send the slinky forward; the swipe decides how long its step is.
- Watch where the next spikes and gems are before each step, and size your swipe to land on a gem.
- Aim for the center of each gem to score a perfect step and its extra bonus.
- Reach the finish line, then use TAP TO CONTINUE, or TAP TO RESTART if a spike ends the attempt.
Tips
- Three perfect gems trigger immortal mode, so a careful centered landing is worth more than rushing through the level.
- When a spike sits right after a gem, plan a short step onto the gem and a longer one past the spike.
- Save immortal mode's protection for spiky stretches by building your third perfect gem just before a dangerous section.
- If you keep overshooting, shorten your swipe slightly; step length is the only thing you control.
