About Smash and Break
Smash and Break is a destruction sandbox where every object is made of thousands of small voxel cubes. Each hit knocks cubes loose, and the damage behaves physically: chunks chip away and tumble, liquid spills out of the holes you make, fire creeps over anything flammable and glass shatters into shards. Nothing here is timed, nothing is penalized and there is no game over, so the only pace is your own.
A queue of 100 objects waits its turn, including a capybara, a piano, a fish tank, a helicopter, a gaming PC, a birthday cake and a burger. Breaking most of the current object unlocks the next. A tool panel on the left offers different ways to destroy, some of them automatic weapons that keep firing while you hold, and stars hidden inside the cubes hand out bonus XP when you uncover them.

How to play Smash and Break
Objective
Wreck most of each object so the following one unlocks, working through all 100 with tools that destroy in different ways and digging out hidden stars for bonus XP.
Controls
Desktop
- Click an object: hit it and destroy voxels
- Hold: keep automatic weapons firing
- Right mouse button, arrow keys, or A and D: rotate the object
- Left panel: pick a tool
Mobile
- Tap an object: knock voxels off where you hit
- Hold: let automatic weapons fire on their own
- Two fingers: rotate the object
- Left panel: choose a tool
Getting started
- Start with the first object in the queue and pick a tool from the panel on the left.
- Click or tap the object to knock voxels off it, watching chunks fall, liquid pour and glass shatter.
- Turn the object with the right mouse button, the arrow keys or A and D, or two fingers on a phone, to reach untouched sides.
- With an automatic weapon selected, hold down to keep it firing on its own.
- Wreck most of the object and the next one unlocks; collect any stars you uncover inside for bonus XP.
Tips
- Stars are hidden inside the cubes, so dig into the middle of an object rather than only shaving its surface.
- Each tool destroys in its own way, so switch tools when an object is breaking slowly with the one you have.
- Only most of an object has to go before the next unlocks, so stop chasing the last scraps if you want to move through the 100 faster.

Can you lose in Smash and Break?
No. Nothing is timed, nothing is penalized and there is never a game over screen. You destroy each object at your own pace, and the only goal is to break enough of it to unlock the next while picking up hidden stars for bonus XP.
How do you rotate objects on a phone?
Use two fingers to turn the object. A tap destroys voxels where you hit, holding keeps automatic weapons firing, and the panel on the left lets you switch tools. On a computer, the right mouse button or the arrow keys, A and D, rotate instead.
