About DashMash.io
DashMash.io drops you into a crowded race with as many as nine rivals, all running the same course at the same moment. The rule is simple: get to the finish line before anyone else. Standing in the way are moving platforms to ride, swinging hammers, blocks that crumble underfoot and deadly spikes, and with ten players jostling through them at once, things get messy fast.
Your toolkit is small but flexible. You run left and right, jump, and can jump a second time in mid-air, which helps with gaps and hazards you misjudged. A dash gives a short forward burst of speed for slipping past the pack or clearing a stretch quickly. The map changes every round, cycling to a brand-new layout, so memorizing one course will not carry you far; you have to read each stage as it comes. Crossing the line first puts you at the top of the leaderboard, provided the hazards do not knock you out along the way.

How to play DashMash.io
Objective
Beat up to nine other players to the finish line by jumping, double jumping and dashing through each stage's hazards, claiming the top leaderboard spot.
Controls
Desktop
- Left/Right Arrow Keys or A/D: run sideways
- Up Arrow, W or Space: jump, with double jump supported
- Shift: dash forward for a speed boost
Mobile
- On-screen joystick: drag it to run left or right
- J button: tap to jump
- D button: tap to dash forward
Getting started
- Enter a race; you share each stage with as many as nine other players moving at the same time.
- Move with the arrow keys or A and D, or drag the on-screen joystick on a phone.
- Jump with Up, W or Space, or tap the J button, and use the double jump to cover longer gaps.
- Ride the moving platforms and time your way past swinging hammers, crumbling blocks and spikes.
- Press Shift or tap the D button to dash ahead of the pack on the last stretch to the finish line.
Tips
- Crumbling blocks will not hold you for long, so keep moving across them instead of pausing to line up the next jump.
- Keep the double jump in reserve on tricky gaps; it is your second chance if the first jump comes up short.
- The dash is a burst of speed, so use it on clear ground to overtake rivals rather than straight into a swinging hammer.
- Every round brings a brand-new map, so watch the first section closely and adapt instead of relying on the layout from the last race.
