Wave Run: Brainrot Escape! opens with a warning that a tsunami is coming, and from then on there is little time to stop and think. A giant wave chases you, and each run is about getting away from it while snatching up brainrots scattered along the route. The rarest ones are the real prize, so the hunt for them shapes where you run.
What you collect feeds a second loop away from the wave: collect brainrots, craft them, and use them to build your base into a survivor empire. Progress scales with your inventory, so the more brainrots you hold, the steeper your growth. On a computer, WASD moves you, E interacts with objects, F turns the cursor on or off and G is the key for quitting a brainrot; on mobile devices, on-screen buttons take over.

Getting started
- Click "Play" and start running at once, since the tsunami is already approaching and there is no time to hesitate.
- Move with WASD, or the on-screen buttons on a phone, and keep heading away from the giant wave.
- Grab brainrots along the route, paying special attention to rare ones, since finding the rarest is the main goal.
- Press E to interact with objects, and press F when you need to switch the cursor on or off.
- Craft the brainrots you collected and spend them on growing your base, which expands as your inventory does.
Tips
- Progress gets steeper the more brainrots your inventory holds, so keep collecting on every run instead of only sprinting from the wave.
- Rare brainrots matter most, so take a short detour for a rare one when the wave leaves you room, and skip common ones when it is close.
- Crafting is what turns loot into base growth, so craft your haul rather than letting collected brainrots sit unused.
- If the cursor gets in the way while you move, F toggles it off, and pressing F again brings it back.
