About Gem Clicker

Gem Clicker keeps its loop clear and satisfying. A big gem waits to be worked on, and every click on it earns money and wears it down until it finally breaks. Breaking a big gem pays a reward, and the gems that follow are progressively harder to crack, so the pace of progress depends on how well you have upgraded.

Four small gems work on the side. Clicking them charges them up, and once charged they generate income on their own for a short time. Money goes into upgrades: more click damage, an auto-clicker that keeps working for you, and stronger small gems. There is no end, so you can keep upgrading forever while the big gems keep getting tougher.

How to play Gem Clicker

Objective

Click the big gems until they break, keep the four small gems charged for extra income, and spend your money on upgrades to break ever tougher gems.

Controls

Desktop

  • Click the big gem: earn money and wear it down until it breaks
  • Click a small gem: charge it so it generates income for a short time

Getting started

  1. Play with the screen in landscape, on a computer or on a phone turned sideways.
  2. Click the big gem again and again to earn money and wear it down.
  3. Click each of the four small gems to charge it, and keep going until it starts producing income by itself.
  4. Spend your money on upgrades, picking from click damage, an auto-clicker and the small gems.
  5. Break the big gem to collect its reward, then start on the one after it, which will be harder.

Tips

  • Recharge the small gems whenever their income stops, since they only generate money for a short time after charging.
  • An auto-clicker keeps the big gem under attack while you charge the small ones, so it pairs well with keeping all four running.
  • Big gems get progressively harder, so keep raising click damage; falling behind on damage makes each new gem a slog.

Gem Clicker FAQ

Does Gem Clicker ever end?

No. There is no end, and you can upgrade infinitely. The big gems just get progressively harder to break, so there is always a tougher gem waiting for your newest upgrade.

What do the small gems do in Gem Clicker?

Clicking the four small gems charges them up. Once charged, they generate income automatically for a short time, and upgrading them makes that side income worth more as the big gems toughen up.

What upgrades can you buy in Gem Clicker?

You can upgrade your click damage, buy an auto-clicker and upgrade the small gems. Each big gem you break also pays a reward, which helps fund the following round of upgrades.
