About Tower Defense
Tower Defense puts a kingdom under attack from a horde of horrible monsters, and towers are what stand in their way. The monsters arrive in waves, and the aim is to survive every one of them by building defenses quickly enough to keep up. Speed of building matters from the first wave, since the horde does not wait for you to finish planning.
The basic defenses rely on arrows and stones. When those stop being enough against the monsters, elemental power becomes the answer, adding a different kind of attack to the line. Towers can be upgraded as well, and choosing where each one stands, along with balancing range, speed and power across the defense, decides whether a wave breaks or gets through. The battlefield is laid out in landscape.

How to play Tower Defense
Objective
Build and upgrade towers fast enough to survive every monster wave, and bring in elemental power when arrows and stones no longer hold the line.
Getting started
- Turn a phone to landscape, the layout the battlefield is made for.
- Build your first towers quickly, before the opening wave of monsters reaches the kingdom.
- Place them where they cover the monsters' approach, weighing range against speed and power.
- Upgrade the towers that are doing the most work as the waves continue.
- Add elemental defenses once arrows and stones start falling short against the horde.
Tips
- Speed matters from the start: the horde does not wait, so a quick, rough defense beats a perfect one built too late.
- Do not rely on arrows and stones alone; once they stop being enough, elemental attacks are the way to keep later waves in check.
- Balance range, speed and power across the line, because a defense built on one strength leaves gaps the monsters can slip through.

Tower Defense FAQ
What are elements for in Tower Defense?
They are the next step when arrows and stones are not enough. Using elements gives your defense an extra edge against the monster horde, which matters as the waves keep arriving at the kingdom.
How do you win in Tower Defense?
Survive all the waves. A horde of monsters attacks your kingdom, and building towers fast, upgrading them and placing them well is how you hold out until the final wave.
Is Tower Defense played in landscape?
Yes. The battlefield is laid out in landscape, and the game runs on phones and computers, so turn a phone sideways to see the towers and the incoming monsters together.
