About Sokoballs
Sokoballs takes the classic box-pushing puzzle and swaps the crates for striped pink balls. Each level is a cyan checkered floor boxed in by grey walls, with wall segments jutting in to form corridors, and you steer a small blue character with a yellow tuft of hair. Level 1 spreads four balls around the room and clusters four round pink switches in the top-left corner; every ball has to finish on one of them.
The side panels carry the bookkeeping: Quit with its Q key, Balls left showing 0/4, and a Highscore box on the left; Restart on R, the Level number, Audio on/off on M and a Steps counter on the right. The look is soft pastel pink and cyan pixel art. Difficulty climbs as later levels add walls and tighter rooms, so thinking several moves ahead becomes the core skill, and since R restarts a level instantly, trying out an idea costs very little.

How to play Sokoballs
Objective
Push every striped ball onto a pink switch to clear the level, taking the Balls left counter from 0/4 to 4/4 on level 1, then keep going as the rooms get trickier.
Controls
Desktop
- Arrow keys: roll the character across the board
- W and D keys: move up and right as well
- R: restart the level
- Q: quit to the title
- M: switch the audio on or off
Mobile
- On-screen arrow pads at both sides: up and left on the left, right and down on the right
Getting started
- Click the pink SOKOBALLS title screen to begin, a second time if needed; the M button in its corner switches the audio.
- Level 1 opens with four striped balls, four pink switches at the top left and your character standing near the right wall.
- Before moving, trace which corridor leads each ball toward the switch cluster and which ball should go first.
- Walk into a ball from the side opposite to where it should go to push it, and line all four up on the switches.
- If a ball ends up stuck against a wall, press R to restart the level; Q quits back to the title screen.
Tips
- On level 1 the four switches sit together in the top-left corner, so bring the balls in an order that leaves the corridor open for the next one.
- One long press rolls the character several squares, so use short presses when you need to stop right beside a ball rather than past it.
- Watch the Balls left counter on the left panel; it reads 0/4 at the start of level 1 and rises as balls settle onto switches.
- Restart on R is instant, so when a ball is pinned against a grey wall, start over rather than trying to work around a dead end.

Sokoballs FAQ
Which keys does Sokoballs use?
The arrow keys move your character, and W and D also move it up and right. R restarts the level, Q quits to the title and M switches the audio on or off; each of those letters is printed beside its button on the side panels.
Can you play Sokoballs on a phone?
Yes, in landscape. The board sits in the middle with four on-screen arrow pads at the sides: up and left on the left, right and down on the right. Press those pads to steer the character around the board.
What does Balls left: 0/4 mean in Sokoballs?
It is the level's progress counter. Level 1 has four striped balls and four pink switches, and the counter tracks how many balls are already on switches. The level is solved once every ball sits on a switch.
