About Wiggle Escape: Snake Puzzle
Wiggle Escape: Snake Puzzle starts every level with a knot. A group of snakes is tangled together into a single figure shaped like a fun emoji, and your job is to release them one at a time until the whole shape has come apart. Only a snake that is not blocked by another can move, so the puzzle lies in reading the tangle and working out the right sequence.
Picking the wrong snake at the wrong moment halts your progress, which makes each move worth a moment's thought. The main mode holds hundreds of handcrafted levels, and as you advance the snakes grow longer, the knots tighter and the formations trickier. Sandbox mode is the standout extra: you can choose from preset shapes, experiment with the mechanics, or sketch a brand-new level yourself and then try to solve it.

How to play Wiggle Escape: Snake Puzzle
Objective
Untangle each emoji-shaped knot completely by freeing its snakes in an order that never leaves a blocked snake in your way.
Controls
Mobile
- Tap a snake: move it, as long as nothing is blocking it
Getting started
- Look over the tangled figure at the start of the level and find the snakes that nothing is blocking.
- Tap one of those unblocked snakes so it moves and slips out of the knot.
- Check which snakes have been freed up now that the first one is gone, and plan the next few taps.
- Keep removing snakes one by one until the whole emoji shape is untangled and the level is done.
- Try sandbox mode when you want a change, picking a preset shape or drawing your own level to solve.
Tips
- Think a few moves ahead: tapping snakes in the wrong order stops your progress, so make sure each tap opens a way for the next.
- Start from the outside of the figure, where snakes are less likely to be pinned by others, and work in toward the centre.
- Later levels bring longer snakes and tighter knots, so trace each long snake along its whole body before deciding whether its way is really clear.
- Build a small knot of your own in sandbox mode; designing a puzzle shows you how blocking works from the other side.

Wiggle Escape: Snake Puzzle FAQ
Why won't some snakes move in Wiggle Escape?
A snake can only move when no other snake blocks it. If another snake is in the way, the one you chose stays put, so you need to clear the blocker first. Tapping in the wrong order halts your progress, which is why planning ahead matters.
What can you do in sandbox mode?
Sandbox mode lets you pick from preset shapes, play around with the mechanics, or create a level of your own and then try to solve it. It sits alongside the main mode's hundreds of handcrafted levels as an open-ended extra.
How does the difficulty change over time?
Levels become more complex as you progress. Snakes get longer, knots get tighter and the formations become trickier, so later puzzles call for more careful reading of the tangle before each tap.
