In Mine Obby 3D: Car Wash Tycoon you begin with a modest car wash and a character who runs around it. Cars roll through the wash, you serve them, and once a car reaches the cash register its payment is ready to pick up. That money goes back into the business, unlocking new wash services such as foam, brushes, rinsing, drying and polishing.
Growth reaches well beyond the wash bay. You can build a gas station, a café and a repair shop, and every facility can be upgraded to raise your income. Traffic is its own system: adding more cars, making them faster and unlocking gold, emerald and diamond roads all bring more customers through the complex. Pets round things out, and equipping them makes your character run faster between the different stations.

Objective
Turn a small car wash into a large automotive complex by serving cars, collecting their payments and reinvesting in services, new buildings, traffic upgrades and pets.

Getting started
- Walk your character around the starting car wash, using W, A, S, D on a computer or the joystick on a phone, and turn the view.
- Serve the first cars that pull into the wash; interacting is done with the left mouse button or the action button.
- Wait for each served car to reach the cash register, then collect the money it brings in.
- Spend your earnings on new wash services such as foam, brushes, rinsing, drying and polishing.
- Once the wash runs well, build the gas station, café and repair shop, and upgrade each facility to raise income.
Tips
- Add more cars and raise their speed once your services can keep up, since traffic is what brings paying customers to the register.
- Equip pets as soon as you have them; they increase your character's running speed, which shortens every trip around the complex.
- Upgrade facilities you already own as well as building new ones, because upgrades on every facility push your income higher.
- Work toward the gold, emerald and diamond roads as part of managing traffic, alongside adding cars and speeding them up.
