About FISH FACTORY
FISH FACTORY mixes a fishing game with a small production business on a voxel island. You walk to the water, pick a casting point and reel in a catch through a timing challenge, then carry the fish to a receiving station. From there it rides a conveyor through processing and pays out coins, which go into rods, tackle, workshops, lanterns, clothing and new places to fish.
The island is large and changes with the clock: day turns to night, lanterns come on and nocturnal creatures show up in the water. There are five fishing areas to unlock and 100 fish species to collect, and which fish bites depends on the location, the time of day, your rod and your tackle. As the business grows you build conveyors, upgrade workshops and open a fresh-fish shop where visitors come to buy, while net manipulators collect catches for you, and now and then a fishing parrot brings in an extra fish.

How to play FISH FACTORY
Objective
Build your little pier up into a profitable fishing village by catching and processing fish, upgrading your gear and buildings, unlocking all five fishing areas and completing the 100-species collection.
Controls
Desktop
- W, A, S, D: walk the fisher
- Mouse wheel or the + and − buttons: zoom the camera
- Space at the water's edge: start a cast
- Click: confirm the cast, then click during reeling as the moving bar crosses into the highlighted zone
Mobile
- Round joystick: move the fisher
- Tap the fishing button: start casting
- Finger on the water: pick the casting point
- + and − buttons: adjust the camera
Getting started
- Walk the fisher down to the water, steering with W, A, S, D on desktop or the round joystick on mobile, and zoom the camera until the shoreline is clear.
- Press Space, or tap the fishing button on a phone, then pick an open spot on the water and confirm your cast.
- While reeling, click as the moving bar passes into the highlighted zone, landing several accurate hits to put the fish in your keepnet.
- Carry the catch into the bright circle beside the receiving station so it goes onto a conveyor and pays coins once processed.
- Visit the shop to buy a better rod, tackle or a workshop, working toward your first rod upgrade.
Tips
- Note where and when you catch each species; the 100-fish collection depends on the location, the hour, the rod and the tackle, so some fish only appear under the right mix.
- Fish after dark as well as by day, because nocturnal creatures appear in the water at night and lanterns from the shop light up the island.
- Spend on conveyors and workshops as well as rods, since processing is what turns each catch into coins after it reaches the receiving station.
- Wait for the bar to sit inside the highlighted zone before clicking; several accurate hits are needed to land a fish, so patience on each click pays off.
- Treat ads as optional; they only give extra bonuses, so you can grow the village without watching any.

FISH FACTORY FAQ
How do you catch fish in FISH FACTORY?
Walk to the water and press Space on a computer, or tap the fishing button on a phone, then pick a spot and lock in your cast. During the reel, click as soon as the moving bar is in the highlighted zone, and land several accurate hits.
How many fish species are there?
There are 100 species to collect across five fishing areas. Which fish you catch depends on the location, the time of day, and the rod and tackle you are using, so completing the set takes some planning.
How do you earn coins?
Bring your catch to the bright circle next to the receiving station. From there fish are placed on an available conveyor automatically, and coins are paid once processing finishes. A fresh-fish shop and visitors who buy fish add to the business later.
Do you need to watch ads?
No. Watching ads is optional, and all they give is extra bonuses. Progress comes from fishing, processing and spending coins in the shop on rods, tackle, workshops and new fishing areas.
